According to the official job description, the lucky three interns will spend this summer visiting breweries across the country and abroad, tasting all sorts of beers, attending beer festivals, and posting about their amazing adventure via a blog and social media. The company is offering a really good payout to the successful applicants, which is $12,000 for four months work and cover all travel expenses, including food and lodging.

“Whether you’re a photographer or writer, social media maverick or beer blog surfer, we are looking for you. Adventure seekers and storytellers, beer experts or novices, brewery nerds and foodie fans all open to apply.”

The company describes its ideal candidates as ‘outgoing personalities’ who are ‘passionate about beer.’ And they should be ‘friendly folk who love meeting new people, sharing stories with strangers, and catching up over a beer.’ World of Beer is inviting American applicants, over the age of 21, to apply for the position by posting a one minute video sharing their ‘most epic beer memory’ online. It doesn’t matter if you’re still in college, a recent graduate, or even a professional grownup with a full-time job — just as long as you’re 21 and authorized to work in the US.
